My name is Josh Vicencio — a visual and brand designer focused on identity-led systems that are built with intention, clarity, and a sharp creative point of view. I design with structure, but I’m driven by energy — the kind that turns concepts into visuals that feel refined, purposeful, and undeniably present.

My work centers on visual systems that support creative direction, strengthen brand identity, and communicate with precision. I bring a balance of strategy and instinct, pairing clean decision-making with a sense of edge that keeps the work culturally tuned and visually distinct.

I collaborate with clarity, curiosity, and respect for the process — the kind that leads to work that feels aligned, thoughtful, and human. Whether I’m developing brand assets, shaping a visual language, or pulling references that set the tone, I aim to elevate the idea without overcomplicating the execution.

Outside the workday, I pull inspiration from sound, style, and the everyday scenes most people overlook. I also run FILE.678 and CODED — creative outlets that let me explore design through both structure and expression.

I’m currently looking for in-house roles in visual and brand design, where I can support creative direction, build identity-driven systems, and contribute to teams that value focus, balance, and design with intent.
