Hi, I'm Josh

Hi, I'm Josh

A thoughtful young person with dark hair gazes to the side, captured in soft black and white lighting.

I'm a multidisciplinary graphic designer creating identities, campaigns, digital experiences, and visual systems for brands with something to say.

A lot of the way I see design comes from the music scene and editorial design, especially streetwear magazines. Music videos, performance visuals, event collateral, album art, and printed culture all taught me how design can create atmosphere, build identity, and make something feel bigger than a single graphic. As I got deeper into design, that way of seeing expanded. I started noticing it everywhere: book covers, film, television, and the small visual choices that shape how something feels.

I’m drawn to the space between clarity and intrigue. I believe design should communicate, but it should also make people look twice. The best work has layers. It gives you enough to understand, but leaves enough room to wonder.

Whether I’m building a brand identity, campaign system, website, or piece of collateral, my goal is to make the work feel sharp, complete, and built to last. I care about making things look good, but even more about making sure every choice has a reason behind it.

Outside of design, I find inspiration in film, television, and the psychology behind visual storytelling. I also spend a lot of time in the gym, where discipline and repetition keep me grounded. Both remind me that strong work comes from intention, consistency, and knowing when to push past what feels obvious.
